In all my roles, the main common feature is that I want to help, guide, or care for people.
I developed this blog in 2017 to share plant-based recipes & to provide a tiny glimpse into our lives.
I took some time off from writing posts during the past year while we had some big life changes.
I am now working to revamp the blog to not only include new and updated recipes more in tune to our intuitive style of eating, but to also share more about homeschooling, health + wellness, gentle parenting, self-care, and the day-to-day life of a busy mama.
