I am a mama, a wife, a homeschooler, a business owner, a doctoral student, and a health coach.

In all my roles, the main common feature is that I want to help, guide, or care for people.

I developed this blog in 2017 to share plant-based recipes & to provide a tiny glimpse into our lives.

I took some time off from writing posts during the past year while we had some big life changes.

I am now working to revamp the blog to not only include new recipes but to also share more about homeschooling, health & fitness, gentle parenting, self-care, and the day-to-day life of a busy mama.
